08:00 – 09:00: “Pick Up from your hotel/accommodation”; We will pick you up from your hotel or guesthouse and take you directly to the elephant sanctuary one hour away.
09:00 – 09:30: “Elephant behavior and Private VIP Elephant Care Program Detail”; The first part of the morning will be representing by qualified guides with several years of experience, they will provide you with the answers to all of your questions; as well as qualified insights to the elephant’s natural habitat, behavior, and history.
09:30 – 10:00: “Prepare Foods for Elephant & Lets Feeding Foods for Elephant”; To know how elephant shape and proper food and how to prepare. (Banana, Sugarcane, Cucumber, and Corn). Feeding for Elephant by your own hands. Please show your love to them.
10:00 – 10:30: “Prepare VITAMIN BALL for Elephant” Then feeding VITAMIN BALL for Elephants.
10:30 – 11.00: “Herbal compress massage (Herbal Ball)” and massage on elephant’s skin.
11:00 – 11:30: “Start to do mud sand spa”; Impressive touching elephant by your own hands by mud spa to the elephant.
11:30 – 12:00: “Bathing with elephant in water pool”; To Bathing with the elephant and learn how relationship elephant mahout.
12:00 – 12:30: “Thai’s food cooking Class”; The is so popular around the world e.g. Padthai, Tomyum and Somtam.
12:30 – 13:30: “Enjoy Lunch time”; Enjoy lunch time start by special Thai food set (Only for Private VIP Program) and Seasonal fruits. Then take you to Hotel.
We are not responsible for missed tours if the customers forget to check the booking confirmation email of the exact picking up date and time from us. Please get in touch with us as soon as possible if you do not get a confirmation email in 3 hours.

1. If you want to amend the booking date or change the hotel, you must inform us at least 4 hours before the tour date. If you inform less than 4 hours, we will provide a pick-up service according to the former information you attached.
2. The driver will pick you up at the office only if you don’t inform us the hotel within 4 hours before the tour date.
