1. If you want to amend the booking date or change the hotel, you must inform us at least 6 hours before the tour date. If you inform less than 6 hours, we will provide a pick-up service according to the former information you attached.
2. The driver will pick you up at the office only if you don’t inform us the hotel within 6 hours before the tour date.

4. We are not responsible in any case of missed tours if the customers forget to check the booking confirmation email of the exact picking up date and time from us.
